The Varyk compiler is dual-licensed under the [MIT License](https://github.com/Varyk-Lang/varyk/blob/main/LICENSE-MIT) and the [Apache License, Version 2.0](https://github.com/Varyk-Lang/varyk/blob/main/LICENSE-APACHE), at your option. This is the Rust ecosystem's convention.

This website, its code and its content, is licensed the same way. The copyright holders for both are Vladislav Mickevic and the Varyk contributors.

Unless you explicitly state otherwise, any contribution you intentionally submit for inclusion in Varyk or in this website, as defined in the Apache-2.0 license, is dual-licensed as above, without any additional terms or conditions.

The licenses cover code and content. They do not grant rights to the Varyk name, which is a trademark of Vladislav Mickevic; see the [trademark policy](https://github.com/Varyk-Lang/varyk/blob/main/TRADEMARKS.md).
